Step 1: A Real Roof Inspection
Before anything else, our specialists will get up on your roof and take a good look around. We’ll check the structural condition of your decking, assess shingle brittleness and granule loss, inspect flashings, vents, valleys, and penetrations, and look for any signs of installation problems or deeper issues.
Step 2: Tune Up & Minor Repairs
Once we know your roof qualifies, we’ll take care of the small stuff before applying any treatment. That means securing loose or missing shingles, resealing flashings, fixing nail pops, addressing minor leak points, and checking any vulnerable transition areas. Getting this right first is what allows the treatment to actually do its job.
Step 3: RoofMaxx Treatment Application
With the roof prepped, we’ll apply RoofMaxx, a soy-based oil treatment designed specifically for asphalt shingles.
